Cancellation Policy

Booking Your Consultation: *Schedule your 30-minute expert consultation online via our booking page. *Please provide accurate contact details so we can confirm your session and send any preparatory information. *We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to secure your preferred time. Confirmation: *After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your consultation details. *Review your booking carefully to ensure the time works for you. Rescheduling & Cancellation: *You can reschedule or cancel up to 12 hours before your consultation without any fees(for paid consultation). *Refunds for cancellations (where applicable) made up to 12 hours before your consultation will be processed within 15 days from cancellation date. *Requests made less than 12 hours before the session may not be accommodated. *Missed consultations or late cancellations are forfeited and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. During the Consultation: *Our experts provide advice and insights based on their professional experience, tailored to your specific situation. *The session is limited to 30 minutes. Any follow-up discussion may require booking a separate consultation. *Consultations are conducted via Google Meet. Please ensure a stable internet connection, camera, and microphone. Additional Notes: *Insights shared are based on your unique context but do not constitute a long-term service engagement. *By booking, you acknowledge that the consultation is a standalone advisory session.
