At 777consulting, we strive to deliver high-quality consulting and digital services to every client. Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with the services you receive. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be considered for services purchased through our website or directly with our team.
1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all services offered by 777 Consulting, including but not limited to:
* Strategy consultations and advisory sessions
* Implementation, integration, and automation projects
* Custom app and platform support services
* Subscription-based or ongoing service retainers
Our services are primarily digital and professional in nature, and hence refunds are limited to specific situations detailed below.

2. Consultation Services
For 15-minute (where applicable) & 30-minute consultation bookings:
* Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.
* Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
* No-shows or late cancellations: If you miss the session or cancel within 24 hours, the booking fee will be forfeited.
3. Project-Based Services
For longer-term or project-based engagements:
* Refunds are not applicable once the project kickoff or discovery phase has begun, as resources and time are immediately allocated.
* In the event of a service delivery delay or non-performance due to our fault, partial refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion after a thorough review.
* If the client terminates the engagement prematurely, refunds (if any) will be calculated based on unutilized work hours or milestones not yet initiated.
* The final engagement terms will be mentioned in the agreement/contract that will be signed with the customer and will be the main governing terms.
4. Subscription or Retainer Services
For monthly retainers or ongoing support plans:
* Clients may cancel the plan with a 15-day written notice before the next billing cycle.
* Refunds will not be issued for partial months or for services already rendered within the current billing period.
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please email support@777consulting.co.in with the following details:
* Your full name and contact information
* Service purchased and date of transaction
* Reason for requesting a refund
All refund requests are reviewed within 7–10 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10–14 business days.
6. Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
* Change of mind after service delivery
* Delays or issues caused by incomplete information, lack of cooperation, or external dependencies beyond our control
* Custom-built digital products, templates, or documentation once delivered
7. International Clients
For international customers outside India, refunds (where applicable) will be processed in INR and converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of refund. Currency conversion charges or bank fees will not be borne by 777 Consulting.
8. Policy Updates
777 Consulting reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
